About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain our services/products effectively to potential customers.
Follow up with leads consistently to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
Persuasive, confident, and highly motivated.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintaining data in Excel/CRM.
