We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive who enjoys speaking with business owners, understands customer needs, and can convert leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call warm and cold leads generated through Meta Ads, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Shopify website package.
- Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads until they are converted into customers.
- Maintain lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to build trust and confidently handle customer objections.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience selling digital services, software, websites, or marketing services is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
