Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Handle entire target-based sales for the assigned region
- Call prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize orders
- Liaison with Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors,
- Dealers, and end customers
- Provide complete product information, guidance, and sales support to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Maintain follow-ups, sales data, and basic reporting
- Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Target-driven mindset with ownership of results
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions
- Knowledge of building materials / tile industry will be an advantage
