Inside Sales Executive / SDR & CSR

Shift: Night Shift

Timing: 9:00 PM To 6:00 AM IST

Communication: English Must Have

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Development (SDR Responsibilities)

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential customers.
  • Conduct initial outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce company services.
  • Understand prospect requirements and determine their fit for the company's offerings.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Inside Sales & Lead Follow-Up

  • Manage daily follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Track all communication and update lead status in CRM.
  • Ensure no lead is missed and maintain a structured follow-up process.
  • Assist in sending proposals, presentations, and company information to prospects.
  • Support the sales team in closing opportunities by maintaining regular client engagement.

Customer Service (CSR Responsibilities)

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Address client questions regarding services, timelines, and processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Workflow & Coordination

  • Manage communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Track project progress and ensure tasks are followed up internally.
  • Maintain organized documentation of client interactions, deals, and tasks.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients from sales to the delivery or project team.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Track pipeline movement, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on lead progress and client interactions.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to handle client communication and follow-ups professionally.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales or client servicing is a plus.
