Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging prospective and existing clients remotely, driving revenue growth through effective communication, relationship management, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end sales ownership, from handling inbound leads to closure.
• Client Engagement: Conduct product/service presentations and demos virtually.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track progress against sales targets.
• Negotiation & Closing: Convert qualified leads into customers by managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize conversions. • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience in B2B sales across industries such as SaaS, logistics, and fintech.
• Knowledge of digital sales tools and lead generation platforms.
• Resilient, adaptable, and goal-oriented mindset.
