What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Engage with US-based clients throughinbound and outbound calls, understanding their needs and promoting our portfolio of training and e-learning programs.
- Generate qualifiedleads, conduct persistentfollow-ups, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Accurately update and manage customer interactions in theCRM system.
- Support the senior sales teamin research, presentation, and closing deals to achieve team targets.
- Build relationships with potential clients and represent our brand professionally.
Who You Are (Requirements):
- You have1-3 years of proven experiencein inside sales, telesales, or a similar phone-based sales role.
- You possessexcellent verbal and written communication skills in Englishwith a clear, confident phone presence.
- You are a quick learner, self-motivated, and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- You are comfortable workingnight shiftsto synchronize with the US Eastern Time Zone.
- You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
