Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Executive | Relationship Manager at NoBroker.com, located in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities of the role include handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, engaging with clients, generating leads, and closing sales to meet targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential customers and drive revenue growth
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and resolve their inquiries
  • Expertise in Sales to close deals and achieve consistent sales targets
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
