Role Overview:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle lead generation, client outreach, and meeting coordination. The role involves data mining, digital sales, and promoting our digital marketing services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads through data mining and online research.
  2. Conduct calls, emails, and messages to qualify prospects.
  3. Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
  4. Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.
  5. Explain Realatte's digital marketing services (performance marketing, SEO, social ads, etc.).
  6. Support the sales pipeline with regular updates and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  2. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, digital sales, or lead generation.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and real estate digital trends (added advantage).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in data mining tools, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms.
  6. Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build client rapport.
  7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
