About Us:

Assettrust Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, engage prospective homebuyers, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels and databases.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for the field sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to provide accurate project information.
  • Address customer queries regarding pricing, payment plans, offers, and project details.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
