Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role for freshers, based in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers over phone and digital channels, understand their real estate requirements, and explain NoBroker.com's offerings and value proposition. Responsibilities include lead qualification, follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and productivity metrics. The role also involves providing clear and courteous customer service, collaborating with teams to improve processes, and sharing market insights gathered from customer interactions. Training and mentoring will be provided to help new team members succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with an interest in building a career in real estate or Proptech.
  • Ability in Lead Generation and follow-up, including converting inquiries into successful transactions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Customer Service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM or sales tools.
  • Minimum educational qualification: bachelor's degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for rotational shifts or weekend work as required.
