Role Overview
We are looking for a female Sales Executive to manage inside sales activities from the office. This role involves interacting with customers, preparing quotations, coordinating with the internal team, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone, email).
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable lighting products.
Prepare and send quotations and follow-up emails.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order processing.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, Handling Customers, and update CRM/Excel reports.
Assist senior sales team members in handling key accounts.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English, Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to understand product categories (training will be provided).
Strong follow-up ability, attention to detail.
Should be confident, and proactive.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in B. Com / MBA / BBA /Any Graduate.
