Job Description

Who are we looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.

• Prior experience working in a B2B Saas/ CRM/ERP/Fintech/Banking Sales background.

• Highly energetic Individuals who are always willing to stretch their boundaries at Work

• Target Driven folks who will not stop or settle for anything lesser than their assigned Targets

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales team.

• Graduation in any subject

Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have shown interest in Onsurity's products through various acquisitions channels and convert leads to sales.

• Drive monthly/quarterly target in revenue mandate.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of Onsurity's products and features.

• Bundle multiple products at the point to sales to drive higher revenue

• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.

• Maintain CRM Hygiene.

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate on-ground sales team for further development and closure.

• Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest standards of Customer Experience.
