Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, engage with potential clients, and drive sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a knack for closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Accurately record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture them into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead quality.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales or related fields.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques like consultative selling or SPIN selling.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
