Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Pune District. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating leads, and managing the sales process. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and meeting sales targets. Effective communication and customer engagement will be key aspects of this role, alongside collaboration with the team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management
• Proven aptitude in Sales and achieving set targets
• Prior experience in retail or gifting industries is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• LinkedIn skills must be required.
