We're expanding our Malayalam Sales Team and looking for passionate, self-driven Inside Sales Executives who can help us connect learners with the right courses and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Understand learner needs and suggest suitable courses.
- Present and explain product features clearly in non-technical terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up details (MIS).
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree (Any discipline B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, Diploma, or Postgraduate).
- 12 years of experience in target-based sales (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam (must) and English (basic to moderate).
- Familiarity with EdTech products and course offerings is a plus.
- Must own an Android smartphone.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, learning mindset.
