Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ø Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / Pre-Sales
Ø Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and requirements.
Ø Working Days: 6 days a week
Ø Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.
Ø Provide accurate and informative product information to potential customers.
Ø Daily Calling: 120–150 dials
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Ø Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi
Skills requires: -
· Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.· Organized, efficient & quick to respond.· Exceptional customer service skills / Strong listening and sales skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS· MBA/BBA
- Additional Notes:· B2B experience preferred.
Languages- English and Hindi Must
Level/Salary Range:INR 5-6 LPA
