Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven CRM Sales & Collection Executive to handle both student acquisition and revenue collection processes. This dual-role position is ideal for professionals with proven experience in inside sales and payment follow-ups, especially in EdTech, education services, or subscription-based models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls, product demos, and academic consultations to convert prospects into paying learners.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM workflows.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets for enrollments and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and funnel stages in the CRM.
- Work with marketing and academic teams to align lead quality and student success.
- Follow up on due and overdue payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure timely collections while maintaining a positive learner/parent experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum3 years of experiencein acombined sales and collectionsrole, preferably in EdTech, fintech, or educational services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic financial documentation.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Must have International sales exposure (Inside or B2C Sales) or atleast 1 year or US market sales experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with EdTech customer journeys, student lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage stress, multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
