Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer to join our Admissions team.

The person will guide students and parents, explain our academic programs, manage admission enquiries, and help achieve admission targets.

Kannada is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with students and parents to understand their needs and career goals.
• Guide students on suitable courses and programs.
• Explain course details, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
• Handle phone calls, online enquiries, and walk-in students.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate student and admission records.
• Update and manage fee-related information in the software.
• Follow institutional policies and admission procedures.
• Support students during admission and orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing skills.
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Prior experience in admissions, student counselling, education sales, or academic advising will be an advantage.
