Inside Sales Executive – Chat Process

Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad

Experience: 1+ year preferred | Freshers can apply

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries and leads via WhatsApp, website & chat.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend products.

* Convert leads into sales and achieve targets.

* Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead records.

* Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing.

Skills: Good Hindi & English communication, convincing skills, customer handling, and basic computer knowledge.
