Job Description

Title: Inside Sales Executive (Healthcare)

Note: This is a sales role is. You will have to understand health goals of the user, identify what's the root cause of their weight gain and helping them enrol in our program. Please apply only if that works for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect with users who sign up in the HealthTick app via audio call and message (and very rarely video call as well)
  • Cold call the users who have signed up in HealthTick to make them understand their health goals and enrol them in the program.
  • Follow up with pipeline users via call and message, and help them enrol in HealthTick's Weight Loss Program.
  • Maintain a talk time of 2.5 hrs+ on a daily basis or 110 in dialled calls.

Requirements

  • Startup Mindset: Should be comfortable working in a not-so-systemised environment.
  • Must be very good at communication.
  • Must be very good at convincing & influencing people
  • Must be very good at building rapport with users
  • Should be able to talk in a friendly manner
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Must be very empathetic
  • Sales style should be consultative, not direct or forced
  • Should be okay with cold calling upto 110 calls / maintaining talk time of 2.5 hrs+ daily
  • Must be very fluent in both Hindi and English. Fluency in any third language is a plus
  • A degree in nutrition or any health field is an added bonus
  • Prior experience in selling weight loss/health-related digital programs is an added bonus.

Work Location: Work From Home

Work Timing: Timings are 11 AM to 8 PM

Working days: 6 days a week are working (leave day can be decided post discussion with your manager)

Date of joining: Immediate (8th December)
