Growth Scraper is a Coimbatore-based growth agency and academy. We work with 20+ brands across India and 5+ countries, helping them scale through SEO, website development, UI/UX design, and performance marketing.

On the academy side, we train the next generation of digital professionals through structured programs in SEO, UI/UX Design, Performance Marketing, and No-Code AI Website Development.

Our students work on real-world projects, get mentored by industry practitioners with 8+ years of experience, and graduate with portfolios that help them land jobs and clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students who are exploring our academy programs, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right course.

The role involves handling inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, building rapport with students, addressing their concerns, and helping them make confident decisions about their learning journey.

You will manage the complete student journey from first enquiry to enrollment, maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects, and work toward monthly enrollment targets. You will also coordinate with mentors for demo sessions and work closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless experience for every student.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Inbound Sales / Academic Counselling
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, guide, and convert inbound leads
  • Experience in handling inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or chat
  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers through consultative selling
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Ability to understand learner needs and recommend the right course

Skills & Competencies

  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written preferred)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving ability to understand student needs
  • Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

Additional Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Comfortable working from office in Coimbatore (on-site role)

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000/Month + Incentives (Based on Experience)
