Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads in target markets.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce products and services.
  • Explain product features clearly and answer basic client queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business,
  • Communication or any other related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (must-have).
  • Ability to deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches.
  • Ability to handle mock sales calls to demonstrate sales pitch skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology/software concepts.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn sales processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Internship/project experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products or digital platforms.
