This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates fromBBA/MBA (Sales & Marketing)backgrounds (pass-out years2023, 2024, or 2025) who are passionate about sales, communication, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Clearly explain our services and product offerings to prospective clients.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities.
- Schedule product demos and assist senior sales team in closing deals.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and support account retention.
Candidate Requirements- Education: BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing), Pass-out years:2023 / 2024 / 2025
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Fluent in Hindi(mandatory); knowledge of additional regional languages is aplus(e.g., Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali)
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication tools is preferred
