Job Description:
- Provide freight service information to customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Search for clients via Google or online exporter platforms and generate leads through cold calls and emails.
- Conduct cold calling using available databases.
- Resolve customer queries and promote freight services.
- Generate leads from databases and online sources, fix appointments, and build client relationships.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and domestic/international agents for pricing requirements.
- Ability to generate sales and leads independently.
Qualifications:
- 03 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Salary:
- Salary will be offered at market standards, proportionate to experience and expertise.
