Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targeted sales revenue for India as per Eurofins management objectives
  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to existing and prospective clients
  • Review and manage contracts for existing customers
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
  • Provide monthly sales reports to the National Sales Head – India
  • Support implementation of company objectives and policies
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and work towards their retention
  • Assist in payment collection and scheduling of audits
  • Conduct customer visits as required to strengthen relationships
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
