Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Direct Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and IT sales. The ideal candidate should have experience generating and qualifying leads for IT products or services and converting business opportunities through direct sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads for IT products and services through various online and offline channels.
• Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach methods.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Direct Sales.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation for IT products or IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
