Elite Interiors is a premium residential interior design firm with in-house manufacturing. We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and represent the brand with professionalism and clarity.
The role involves qualifying leads, engaging prospects, fixing design consultation appointments, and ensuring showroom visits. Additionally, the candidate will support basic showroom administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with and qualify incoming leads from digital platforms and referrals
- Understand client requirements, budget, and project scope
- Explain our interior design process and value proposition confidently
- Follow up consistently and schedule showroom visits/design discussions
- Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel
- Support showroom coordination and client experience
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in tele-calling / inside sales (interior design preferred)
- Strong Lead Qualification and Consultative Selling skills
- Ability to handle Technical Consultations at a basic level
