Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Admission Counsellor)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher-friendly

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month (Fixed)

For candidates with EdTech DLP experience: Up to 50,000+ with attractive monthly incentives

As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our inside sales team as Admission Counsellors at our Thane and Rabale offices.

Position Overview: Inside Sales Executive (Admission Counsellor)

We are seeking dynamic fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales, education, and career counseling. In this role, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their career ambitions, and recommend suitable programs that support their professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective learners to understand their academic background and career goals
  • Recommend appropriate upskilling and certification programs
  • Drive admissions and meet weekly/monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate communication logs and follow-up details in CRM systems
  • Ensure a positive and consultative sales experience for learners
Who Can Apply
  • Freshers eager to build a rewarding career in EdTech sales and admissions counseling
  • Professionals with 03 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, or career guidance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping learners succeed
  • Willing to work from our Thane or Rabale offices (in-office role)
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Experience in EdTech, sales, or counseling is an added advantage
