Inside Sales Executive(Education)

Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Executive (EdTech) role at Mindtune Learning, based in Mumbai (hybrid).

You will be the first human touchpoint for students and parents who show interest in our programs. Your job is to understand their problem, explain our solution clearly, handle objections, and close enrollments.

This is consultative selling, not random calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inbound leads (students & parents)
• Understand student pain points:
• poor planning, low consistency, exam stress, confusion, lack of structure
• Clearly explain Mindtune Learning's offerings and outcomes
• Close enrollments via phone / WhatsApp / online meetings
• Maintain lead status and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
• Coordinate with mentors / academic team when needed
• Hit weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–3 years experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Counseling Sales
• Strong spoken communication (English + Hindi preferred)
• Comfortable talking to parents and students
• Ability to explain concepts simply and confidently
• Result-oriented mindset (targets matter here)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and follow-up focused
• Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or education sales is a strong plus
