About the role

Most patients meet DR. GARGI'S over the phone before they ever meet us in person. The inside sales associate is the first human voice of the brand. The work is not to sell. The work is to listen to what someone is asking for, give them clear and honest information, and help them get to the right appointment with the right doctor at the right time.

This role sits at the heart of how patients experience the brand. It calls for warmth, patience, accuracy, and a calm relationship with the phone.

What you will do day to day

•    Patient engagement. Engage with inbound enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and the website, and respond with care and clarity.

•    WhatsApp pre-touch. Reach out to leads with a thoughtful pre-touch message before calling, so the patient knows who is calling and why.

•    Qualification and booking. Understand what the patient is looking for, answer common questions, and guide them to the right consultation. Hand over to the consult counsellor or the front desk when a patient is ready to book.

•    Follow-ups. Run timely, well-spaced follow-ups for enquiries that need time to decide. No badgering, no scripts repeated verbatim, no pressure tactics.

•    CRM hygiene. Keep every patient interaction logged in Zenoti with the right source, campaign, and stage tags. Clean data is part of the job, not an afterthought.

•    Coordination. Work hand in hand with the consult counsellor, the front desk, and the clinic manager so no patient falls through a gap.

•    Listening loop. Share what you are hearing on calls with the team each week, so the brand can keep getting better at how it shows up.

What we are looking for

•    Fluent in Hindi and English, with a warm and considered way of speaking on the phone.

•    Comfortable on calls for long stretches without losing patience or tone.

•    Detail oriented enough to keep CRM entries accurate and tags consistent.

•    Honest by instinct. Comfortable saying I don't know, let me find out rather than making things up.

•    Curious about skin, hair, and aesthetics, or willing to become curious.

•    12 months or more of inside sales, customer support, front-desk, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Aptitude and temperament matter more than a specific resume.

What this role is not

This is not a hard-sell role. Inside sales associates at DR. GARGI'S do not push packages, do not upsell treatments on the phone, and do not chase commissions per call. Treatment recommendations and package conversations sit with the doctor and the consult counsellor. The associate's job is to get the right patient to the right room. The rest follows.

How we measure success

Performance is reviewed through three lenses, in this order. Each one has a structured incentive attached to it.

•    Process. How well the basics of the job are done day in and day out, including call discipline, follow-up cadence, CRM hygiene, and tone on the phone.

•    Conversion. Whether enquiries are turning into booked, kept appointments over the month.

•    Stickiness. Whether the patients you bring in stay with us beyond the first visit.
