Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads from various channels, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, updating customer information, and tracking progress against sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also support customer service by addressing product-related questions, sharing product demonstrations or catalogs, and providing regular feedback from the market to the sales and product teams.
