Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads from various channels, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, updating customer information, and tracking progress against sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also support customer service by addressing product-related questions, sharing product demonstrations or catalogs, and providing regular feedback from the market to the sales and product teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospect qualification through calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Basic computer literacy, including CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of interactions.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, building materials, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
