Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Executive. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, building strong customer relationships, and converting prospects into clients. The role requires active collaboration with the sales team, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, and delivering efficient customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and work collaboratively with a team
  • Passion for providing tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Prior experience in industrial or B2B markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
