- Contacting prospective clients / existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts
- Accurately record details of communication with customers
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Answer questions about product features in an engaging manner
- Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately
- Using sales scripts drive sales and respond to customer objections
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by us to make suitable recommendations based on
customers needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Qualifications And Skills
- Fluent in English language; bilingual a plus
- Patient, cool-tempered and ability to handle rejections, stress
- Good Listening skills, excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software
- Ability to learn and high sense of hunger to achieve and grow
- Punctual, Good time-management skills
- Carry a positive attitude with a high energy level
