Job Summary

We are looking for Inside Sales Executives in Ahmedabad to manage. And grow direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales. This role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through Product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to work in a high-impact role within a Fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through D2C channels

• Engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms

• Provide consultations at the clinic or through home visits

• Generate, follow up, and manage leads and customer contracts

• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance

• Collaborate with teams involved in marketing, operations, and public relations

• Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and email outreach

• Recommend the most suitable products/services based on the customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• At least 1 year of experience in B2C or inbound D2C sales

• Experience in startups, healthcare, or clinical environments preferred

• Proficient in English, Hindi, and the regional language: Gujarati

• Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms

• Self-driven, flexible, and eager to take on varied responsibilities
