About the Role
ConstructMind is an independent AI product company backed by Compass Consult, building the next generation of AI-assisted project scheduling for the construction industry. The product is purpose-built for project controls managers and Primavera P6 users — helping teams plan smarter, forecast more accurately, and deliver projects on time. We are building a dedicated India-based sales team to drive ConstructMind's global growth, and this role owns Australia — our most established market.
You will be the first live point of contact for Australian prospects and the pipeline engine behind the Australian GM and PMIS Consultant. Those resources are closers — you warm everything up, prepare everything, and make sure they only show up for conversations that are ready to move. You will work the 5 AM to 2 PM IST shift, aligning your working day to Australian business hours.
What You Will Do
Pipeline & Prospecting
• Manage the ConstructMind Australia pipeline in HubSpot — all stages from first contact through to demo scheduled
• Segment and work the existing Compass Consult HubSpot database of Australian contacts — identify warm ConstructMind prospects among existing P6 and Aconex customers
• Run outbound email sequences to Australian contacts using HubSpot workflows
• Follow up all Australian expo leads and event contacts within 24 hours of receipt
• Qualify all inbound Australian leads from digital marketing campaigns before they reach the regional resources
Demo & Engagement
• Run product demonstrations of ConstructMind independently for mid-funnel Australian prospects
• Prepare briefing notes for the Australian GM and PMIS Consultant before every warm call — context, company, pain points, what has been discussed so far
• Follow up every call the regional resources complete — send summaries, next steps, and proposal materials same day
• Handle all Australian prospect queries and objections up to the point of commercial negotiation
Reporting & Coordination
• Update HubSpot deal records after every interaction — no exceptions
• Provide weekly pipeline summary to the Inside Sales Lead covering active deals, demos scheduled, and forecast
• Flag any Australian customer support or delivery queries to the appropriate team — do not handle support; redirect only
What You Need
Essential
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales, account development, or business development experience
• Demonstrable experience running product demos or sales presentations over video call
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or equivalent — must be able to manage pipeline, sequences, and reporting independently
• Excellent spoken and written English — you are representing ConstructMind to an Australian market
• Genuine comfort with the 5 AM to 2 PM IST shift — this is non-negotiable and must be discussed honestly in the interview
• Organised and self-starting — the Australian team are closers, not managers; you operate independently
Highly Desirable
• Familiarity with construction, project management, or engineering software (Primavera P6, Aconex, Procore, or similar)
• Experience selling SaaS or technology products to Australian or international clients
• Understanding of project controls, project scheduling, or capital project delivery
What We Offer
• Fixed CTC of ₹7–9L per annum based on experience, plus a dedicated shift allowance for early shift working
• Performance variable of 20–25% of fixed CTC — tied to Australian pipeline activity, demos booked, and deals progressed. A strong performer will earn meaningfully above the fixed CTC.
