Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IndiaMART Executive to manage and optimize our IndiaMART account. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling IndiaMART leads, responding to inquiries, and supporting sales growth through effective lead management and coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the company's IndiaMART account on a daily basis
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and leads received through IndiaMART
- Qualify leads and assign them to the relevant sales team
- Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and image
- Monitor lead performance, buyer behavior, and inquiry trends
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead conversion status
- Follow up on pending leads to improve response rate and conversion
- Maintain records of leads, responses, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with IndiaMART best practices and platform guidelines
- Suggest improvements to improve visibility, lead quality, and ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to good hands-on experience with IndiaMART portal
- Understanding of lead management and buyer inquiry handling
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and meet response-time targets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and result-focused
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in B2B sales support or telecalling
- Knowledge of medical, surgical, or industrial products (if applicable)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
