Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: 1 Day per Week

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, subscription growth, retention, and revenue generation for Bhoomi Farms. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable making 100+ calls daily, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
• Drive new customer acquisition through sales activities.
• Achieve subscription revenue and customer retention targets.
• Execute win-back campaigns to reactivate inactive customers.
• Maintain and manage an effective sales pipeline and lead database.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to sales processes and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and working towards aggressive sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting processes.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
