Inside Sales Executive B2B Solutions Selling
Role Overview
You will work closely with the Business and Sales teams to generate and qualify B2B opportunities for SaaS, CRM, HRM, ERP, and related IT solutions. The objective is to maximize pipeline opportunities through proactive outreach, strong communication, and effective cold calling.
High performers will have opportunities to grow into Senior Inside Sales /Team Leader/ Assistant Manager roles.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls and emails to B2B prospects
- Qualify leads based on ICP, business needs, and buying intent
- Nurture prospects through follow-ups and consultative conversations
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings, SQLs)
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned industries
- Schedule and hand over qualified meetings to the field/closing sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and lead databases
- Represent the company with professional, polite, and brand-aligned communication
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct desk research to identify and pre-qualify target accounts
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitors
- Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Support internal teams with lead-gen data and insights when required
Education & Experience (Must-Have)
- 2+ years of hands-on B2B lead generation / inside sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, HRM, ERP, or IT solutions /Non IT Solutions
- 35 years total experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Strong exposure to cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Experience working with fast-growing or startup environments is a plus
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven
- Confident objection-handling skills with a structured sales approach
