Who are we looking for
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers across organizations
- Proven experience in B2B end-to-end sales, preferably within health/medical insurance or employee benefits platforms
- Experience in managing the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance/benefits solutions
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation and closures
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in inside sales, inbound/outbound sales, or growth roles in a similar industry is preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
Candidates with prior experience in B2B sales within health insurance, medical insurance, or employee benefits companies similar to Onsurity will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience preffered
