Position: Inside Sales Executive (Inbound Leads)

Role SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads for business and compliance services (GST registration, ITR filing, company registrations, etc.). The role requires end-to-end ownership of lead conversion, payment closure, and daily revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads generated through digital channels (Google Ads, JustDial, etc.)
- Contact leads promptly and understand customer requirements
- Explain services, pricing, and process clearly
- Convert leads into customers through structured sales approach
- Drive timely follow-ups and ensure closure of qualified leads
- Ensure 100% advance payment collection
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with backend team for smooth service execution
- Identify common objections and improve sales approach
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Daily revenue generated
- Conversion rate (%)
- Number of successful closures
- Lead response time
- Follow-up efficiency
Eligibility Criteria- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales
- Experience handling inbound leads and closing deals
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Compensation- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Based on revenue and closures
Working Model- Work from office (Monday to Saturday)
- Full-time role
- Initial phase requires full-time office presence; flexibility may be considered based on performance
