Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Wealth / HNI Advisory)
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to engage with high-potential users, advise high net worth investors (HNIs), and drive conversions through consultative selling.
Role Overview:
This is an inside sales role focused on understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable wealth products, and converting prospects into long-term investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with qualified leads and existing users via calls and digital channels
Understand investment goals and risk appetite of clients
Advise on wealth products such as mutual funds, equities, PMS, and AIFs
Convert high-value prospects through consultative selling
Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive investments and engagement
Collaborate with wealth advisors and internal teams
Track pipeline and customer data through CRM systems
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in inside sales / wealth / financial sales
Strong knowledge of investment products (MFs, equities, SIPs, PMS, AIFs)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in consultative or advisory sales
Target-driven with a strong conversion focus
Good to Have:
Background in wealth management / fintech / brokerage
NISM / AMFI certifications
