Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Panaji. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into customers. The role also involves effectively communicating with prospects, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, the individual will play a crucial part in customer service, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service experience and ability to address client needs effectively
  • Sales acumen with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies is a plus
  • Prior experience in telematics or fleet management is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
