Job Description

Sales Development Representative – IT Services

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join

our team and drive new business opportunities in IT services, including AI, Cloud, and digital

transformation solutions or SaaS product

If you have early experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and

grow in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in

technology sales.

Location: Pune

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels

● Identify and engage with potential clients for IT services / SaaS product

● Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand client requirements

● Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations for the sales team

● Build and maintain consistent communication with prospects through multiple touchpoints

● Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers

● Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems

● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support conversions

● Contribute to developing and improving outreach strategies and messaging

● Achieve monthly KPIs, including meetings booked, leads generated, and pipeline contribution

Eligibility Criteria

● Experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales roles (IT services/SaaS product)

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM platforms is an advantage

● Ability to research effectively, learn quickly, and adapt to new domains

● Self-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership

● Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client interaction

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field

● Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, or Europe

● Basic understanding of the B2B sales cycle

● Interest in emerging technologies like AI and automation
