About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and professionals on suitable courses based on their career aspirations.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Address customer queries regarding courses, fees, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Academic Counselling within the EdTech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
