Job Description
We are looking for a Tele caller Executive responsible for connecting buyers and sellers, facilitating meetings, and driving deal closures in a C2C vehicle marketplace. The role also involves pitching value-added services (VAS) such as retail finance and RC transfer to buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with buyers and sellers to facilitate communication and coordination
- Drive Agree to Visit by convincing both parties to agree on a meeting
- Ensure meeting completion through proper follow-ups and coordination
- Support the funnel from Lead to Complete the purchase between seller & buyer
- Follow up consistently to improve meeting and conversions
- Pitch and convert VAS services like:
- Retail Finance
- RC Transfer
- Other revenue services
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM/system after every interaction
- Handle objections and ensure a smooth customer experience
Required Skills
- Strong communication, persuasion skills and ability to handle both buyer & sellers.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling ability and High follow-up discipline
- Inside sales or Tele sales experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of vehicles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada or Tamil. Need at least one between Tamil or Kannada language.
