Inside Sales Ex

At Cloud Dhobi, we're expanding our customer base and looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive who can turn conversations into conversions.

What you'll do:

Connect with potential customers (B2B & B2C) via calls, WhatsApp & emails

Understand laundry & dry-cleaning requirements and suggest the right solutions

Convert leads into long-term clients and drive consistent revenue

Build strong follow-ups and maintain client relationships

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service experience

What we're looking for:

13 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales / lead conversion roles

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable working with targets and daily follow-ups

Experience in service-based or startup environments will be an advantage
