Identify and generate high-quality leads through online research, LinkedIn, technical directories, and industry-specific platforms. Conduct cold calling to reach potential customers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads as per predefined criteria. Build and maintain a structured lead database and coordinate qualified leads with the sales/BD team. Support the sales team in email campaigns, outreach activities, and proposal follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify potential industries, applications, and target customers. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics with accuracy.
Skills Required:Strong research and basic technical understanding to identify relevant leads.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Confidence in cold calling and telephonic communication.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to understand technical products/processes (training will be provided).
Systematic data management and attention to detail.
Qualification:Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or any technical stream. good with Technical/ Engineering drawing reading
0–2 years in sales, cold calling, sales support, or technical research (freshers with good communication and willingness to do calling may apply).
Preferred:Experience in B2B technical lead generation,Sales and cold calling.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator,and market research tools.
