Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Engineer to manage sales coordination, costing, and order processing for refrigeration and allied segments. The role involves working closely with OEM accounts and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain sales activities with OEM accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Increase sales volume year-on-year (quantity value)
- Coordinate with PPC, Engineering, QC, Purchase, and Production teams for timely order completion
- Prepare and release sales orders as per departmental SOP
- Handle product costing for key accounts and submit monthly cost sheets to Finance
- Update cost sheets regularly as per SOP
- Manage quotations, costing, and order processing
- Work on ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) for coordination and tracking
Experience
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales / Key Account Management
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Sales acumen and customer handling
- Understanding of product specifications
- Pricing and costing expertise
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- ERP handling (SAP / Oracle / Others)
- Documentation and compliance skills
- Attention to detail and process discipline
