We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert supporting the sales process, working closely with our sales engineers, account managers and customers. Your ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and product-related inquiries.
Coordinate with engineering and product management to ensure accurate solutions.
Track and manage leads and opportunities using CRM software.
Support order processing, pricing, and contract review.
Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends.
Handle Social Networking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related field (electrical instrumentation/Electrical/Automation).
2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex systems.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Office, and CAD or similar software (a plus).
Team player with a customer-first mindset.
