About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Inside Sales Engineer to support our U.S. sales team. This role is fully remote and focused on technical HVAC takeoffs and quoting, not cold calling.
You will be responsible for reviewing U.S. construction drawings and specifications to identify and quantify airside HVAC equipment, then preparing clean, accurate quote support for our sales engineers.
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has an engineering or technical background

Key Responsibilities
- Review mechanical plans, schedules, and specifications
- Perform quantity takeoffs for airside HVAC equipment, including:
- Exhaust fans
- Supply fans
- Make-up air units
- RTUs (airside scope)
- Louvers, dampers, and accessories
- HVLS fans
- Identify equipment tags, sizes, airflow (CFM), voltage, and mounting type
- Assist in preparing technical quote packages
- Flag missing information, conflicts, or scope clarifications
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based team members via email and video calls
- Follow established processes, templates, and SOPs
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Basic understanding of HVAC airside systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable working with:
- PDF plan sets
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Email and cloud-based tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Mechanical engineering or technical degree
- Experience with U.S. construction documents
- HVAC, MEP, or building systems background
Compensation & Benefits
